And her confusion only grows when the hunky detective who helped her through a life-changing experience years ago treats her like a total stranger. But with her friend’s killer on the loose, she has little time to ponder the mystery of his baffling behavior.

Side-by-side with her canine companions, she searches for the killer and discovers her detective pal wasn’t the only one acting strangely. To find her friend’s murderer, Nikki must dig through a web of secrets and suspects before the killer strikes again.

Suzie and Mary are excited to welcome a birdwatching group to Dune House, the majestic bed and breakfast on the beach. The guests are a colorful bunch and some of them have some unusual requests. They are hoping to sight a rare bird in the area. But tensions rise and tempers flare when they don’t see eye to eye with some surfers camping on the beach.

Then things go from bad to worse when someone lands up dead. With the suspect list getting longer, the police have their work cut out to find the murderer. Suzie and Mary, with a little help from their loveable Labrador, do some snooping to try and help the investigation along.

Dog walker and pet sitter Nikki Green loves her job. She enjoys spending time with her best friend, Sonia Whitter, and her boyfriend, Detective Quinn Grant. But with Quinn busy testifying in a court case in another town and Sonia going on a last-minute trip to Rover Meadows, a small, picturesque town, to try and save her late husband’s property from being sold to developers, Nikki realizes she has a lot of spare time on her hands.

Nikki drops everything and with Coco, the loyal German Shepherd, and Spots, the boisterous Dalmatian, in tow, she goes rushing to Rover Meadows to help out with Princess and clear Sonia’s name before she lands up convicted of murder. But with a grouchy detective on the case, most of Sonia’s family believing she is guilty and evidence piling up against her, Nikki realizes that she might have bitten off more than she can chew.

It is a race against the clock to find the murderer before Sonia lands up behind bars permanently!

Suzie and Mary are excited to be hosting cooking classes by a famous chef. Dune House, the majestic B&B on the beach, is all ready for the arrival of the chef and students. Mary is particularly looking forward to her daughter joining them for the weekend.

However, it’s not all smooth sailing when a dead body is found.

With a house full of suspects Suzie, Mary and Cathy, with a little help from their lovable Labrador, Pilot, do a little snooping.
