Kerri Gale loves running her nut shop, ‘Nuts about Nuts’. Business is going well and she is enjoying living in the small town of Cascade Grove with her Yorkshire Terrier, Cashew, and her grandfather, George.
But then the owner of the shop next to hers lands up dead. Kerri and George join forces to try and find the murderer. But their efforts are hampered by a detective who is suspicious of the snooping pair and thinks George is hiding something. Not only do they have to stay out of the line of fire of the detective and protect George’s secret past, but Kerri’s friend, Steve, is acting very suspiciously.
