It is Christmastime, and Ally and Charlotte Sweet are flat out at Charlotte’s Chocolate Heaven with Christmas orders to fill and festivities to plan. Ally is loving newly-married life in the cottage with Detective Luke Elm, her lovable feline friend, Peaches, and playful pot-bellied pig, Arnold.

But when a local is found murdered, Christmas preparations are put on the back burner. With a new employee to help out at the shop, Ally along with her grandmother, and the three quirky chocolate shop regulars Mrs. Bing, Mrs. Cale and Mrs. White help track down the killer.
